Concept films and brand ads, made with AI
AI Video · Direction · 2026
AI is a production tool. The difference is direction: holding character, world and look consistent across shots, so the result reads as a made thing, not a generated one. A concept piece and real brand work show how I use it.
I made Pantera to explore one question: what would the world look like to an outsider watching us? We live inside systems we rarely stop to question, and Pantera observes them from the outside. Sometimes he watches. Sometimes he's selling something ridiculous. Sometimes he's the protagonist of a full cinematic scene.
Underneath the concept, it's an experiment in AI filmmaking and character consistency. I built the environments, the character, the camera relationships, the dialogue and the scenes with AI, then treated the whole thing as a filmmaking problem, not a pile of generated images. Holding one character believable across shots, worlds and stories is the hard part, and that's the point.
Beyond the concept work, I produce AI video ads for brands, UGC style. Each one is built end to end: I create the scene, the character or spokesperson, the product moment, the voiceover and the edit, holding everything consistent so it reads as a real ad, not a generated clip. The workflow moves across Higgsfield, Beeble, Runway, ElevenLabs and Adobe, whatever the shot needs.
